17th Annual Frankston Community Health Fair

Mammograms, Blood Drive donations, vaccines, children’s services, and much more were available to at The United Methodist Women’s 17th annual Community Health Fair Saturday, Oct. 7 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the UMC Family Life Center, corner South Weldon and Main streets in Frankston.
Carter Blood Center held a blooddrive during this event.
There was a large variety of health services available to the public, including hearing, cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure testing. Flu and pneumonia vaccinations, as well as shingles and tetanus shots were available.

In addition to your health, Lake Palestine Animal Hospital had information for your pets.
Local businesses, the UMW, and UMM provided many valuable door prizes.
The United Methodist Women want to thank all the volunteers who helped make the 17th Annual Community Health Fair another successful event.
